my training history

In 2002 I completed my first Interactive Metronome® (IM) training. At the time, I struggled to pay attention in class and often sought help with assignments. After completing IM, studying felt easy. I was able to tune out distractions, better process what I read, and develop the patience to solve problems independently.

By high school, I chose to complete another round of IM Training as I prepared for the ACT exams and volleyball tryouts. This time, my ACT score improved by seven points – and I made the team. I’ve experienced the benefits of IM firsthand: improved focus, memory, motor coordination and timing.

In 2015 I graduated from Western Michigan University with a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy. In 2025 I became a certified Interactive Metronome® provider.

Today, I bring over 10 years of experience in Special Education for Vermont and Illinois public schools, pediatric and orthopedic outpatient clinics.

I am excited to share the transformative benefits of Interactive Metronome® at Flow Therapy Vermont helping students, athletes and adults improve presence and performance – from the inside out.
